My exposure to Open Educational Resources is relatively new. Nonetheless it is one of those things in life that just makes good sense. As an educator committed to advocating for socially just educational practices and experiences for learners and teachers it just makes good sense to allow the mass of learners and teachers to engage in ways that may be edifying for both groups. In this sense education provides the basis and opportunity for interrupting the notion that knowledge can be accessed only by those who have the means to do so. What an exciting journey we are about to embarked upon!
